FindDependentApps(contextUser: UserInfo, appName: string): Promise<string[]>
Checks if any installed apps depend on the given app.
Parameters
- contextUser: UserInfo
  The context user for the query
- appName: string
  The app name to check dependents for
Returns Promise<string[]>
List of app names that depend on this app
