Config key carrying the carrier's PCM16 media rate (Hz) for this call — the rate the SDK seam
sends/receives audio at, which the bridge resamples to/from the model rate. Defaults to
TELEPHONY_SAMPLE_RATE (8 kHz) when absent, so the G.711 carriers (Twilio/Vonage) need not set it.
A wideband SIP/RTP driver (RingCentral softphone, OPUS/16000) sets it to its negotiated rate so the
audio isn't needlessly bottlenecked through 8 kHz.
