Checks whether a specific action name is allowed for direct invocation by the realtime co-agent.
Parameters

  The action name to check.

  The resolved direct actions config or full co-agent config.
Returns boolean
true if direct invocation is enabled and the action is in actionNames (or actionNames contains '*').
