    ToolbarItemPlacement: "actions" | "right" | "overflow"

    Placement group for toolbar buttons:

    • 'actions': the main action button group on the left side (alongside Edit/Delete/Favorite)
    • 'right': right side (before section search & controls)
    • 'overflow': secondary / overflow menu for lower-frequency actions
