BuildAgentTool(

): ChatTool
Checks an agent tool's name and describes it as a ChatTool.
Parameters
- definition: AgentToolDefinition
  The tool
- reservedNames: readonly string[]
  Names the tool may not take (the control tools)
- reservedPrefix: string
  A prefix it may not start with (the sub-agent tools)
Returns ChatTool
Throws
When the name is not already a valid tool name, or is reserved
