The last few turns before the new message, oldest first, each as Speaker: text on one line and truncated. In a single-user conversation without findPersonName, user rows are User; when multiple people participate or findPersonName is supplied, user rows carry each person's display name; an agent's rows carry its name.
Parameters
- history: readonly RoutingHistoryRow[]
  The conversation's rows the turn may read, oldest first, without the new message.
- findAgent: (agentId: string) => RoutingAgent
  Looks an agent up in the client's catalog.
- OptionalfindPersonName: (userId: string) => string
  Optional lookup for human speaker names by UserID.
