The parent columns an IS-A child's generated base view selects, in parent-chain order and each
parent's field order. The child's view joins each parent's BASE TABLE, so a column qualifies only
if it is physically on that table:
primary keys are shared with the child and __mj_ columns are the child's own;
a view-only virtual field (IsVirtual and not IsComputed) is not on the table and is skipped;
a computed column (IsVirtual and IsComputed, e.g. a persisted DisplayName) IS on the
table and is selected (#5899), unless an ancestor further up the chain also has a field of that
name: then the row on this parent is an inherited mirror and the ancestor's join supplies it.
A name is selected once even if two parents carry it.
