Resolves the additionalSchemaInfo path to an absolute path (#5858).
Order: the RSU_ADDITIONAL_SCHEMA_INFO_PATH env override (relative values resolve against
the working directory), then the configured path, resolved against the directory of the
mj.config file that declared it (or the working directory when no file was found).
Absolute paths are kept as-is. Returns undefined when neither is set.
Resolving against the config file's directory, not process.cwd(), is what keeps the RSU
writer and the CodeGen reader on the same file when they start in different directories.
