(DisplayState JSON column) without introducing a dependency from @memberjunction/core
to @memberjunction/core-entities.

(GetEffectiveAlternateBaseViewName across cache eligibility, fingerprinting, dedup, and
telemetry) do not JSON.parse(DisplayState) on every call.
