SeedContextExcerpt(seed: SeedContextText, tableNames: string[]): string
Returns the seed text for a key-inference prompt, or undefined when there is none to send.
Parameters
- seed: SeedContextText
  the seed context from config or state
- tableNames: string[]
  the tables the prompt is about; empty for a whole-schema prompt
Returns string
