Normalizes SQL literals inside free text such as log messages.
From the first uppercase statement keyword (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, MERGE, EXEC)
the text is treated as SQL. Before it, only filter literals are replaced: values after comparison
operators and LIKE, IN (...) lists and BETWEEN ... AND ... ranges.
