A record tab's queryParams, built from its URL by the record routes
(MJ#4755): { form: 'standard' } for a ?form=standard link, otherwise
explicitly undefined. The key is present either way ON PURPOSE —
WorkspaceStateManager.OpenTab merges the request config over an already-open
tab, so a plain record URL must clear a standard-mode tab's param: the URL is
the source of truth, and the mounted record follows via OnQueryParamsChanged
(the same rule the shell applies on back/forward). Only form rides here;
NewRecordValues has its own channel.
