FindTablesWithoutEntities(
affectedTables: string[],
entities: readonly { BaseTable: string; SchemaName: string }[],
): string[]
Returns the affected tables (schema.table) that have no entity in entities. Matching is case-insensitive; a name without a schema matches on table name alone.
