Resolves the absolute additionalSchemaInfo path RSU writes, stages and hands to CodeGen (#5858).
Order matches CodeGen's ResolveAdditionalSchemaInfoPath: the RSU_ADDITIONAL_SCHEMA_INFO_PATH
env override, then the path the server injected from mj.config (already absolute — resolved
against the config file's directory), then DEFAULT_ADDITIONAL_SCHEMA_INFO_FILE.
Relative values resolve against workDir; absolute values are kept as-is.
