Whether reference names the identifier name by the rule FindReferencedIdentifiers
reports with. Both of its steps must pass: the case-insensitive pattern for the name's key
matches all of the trimmed reference, and the reference's own key is the name's key.
Code that resolves a caller's text to an entity field must use this rule, or a stricter one.
Then it never resolves a reference that the field-level security gate does not report: the
gate (FieldSecuritySQLGate in @memberjunction/core) reports every reference this rule
matches, and also those that match only after Unicode compatibility, accent and case folding.
