Also normalizes sparse arrays created when PayloadManager.mergeUpstreamPayload sets numeric
stripped keys ('16', '9', '1') via lodash _.set.
A stripped key is always the newest model value, so it moves onto the full format key
(overwriting any existing value there) and removes the stripped key, covering
Style.Typography[].SizeByFormat, Beats[].LayoutNotes, and Output.Source.
