    Plain-text preview or summary of the email body.

    fromAddress: string

    Verified sender email address (must match an active internal MJ User's Email).

    identities?: MJAIBridgeAgentIdentityEntity[]

    Optional pre-loaded bridge identities (for unit testing or cached AIBridgeEngineBase injection).

    messageID?: string

    External provider message ID for deduplication/reference.

    metadataProvider?: IMetadataProvider

    Optional metadata provider (defaults to new Metadata()).

    now?: Date

    Optional clock override for deterministic tests.

    providerID?: string

    Optional bridge provider ID to scope the identity lookup.

    receivedAtISO?: string

    ISO-8601 timestamp when the message was received.

    subject: string

    Email subject line.

    systemContextUser: UserInfo

    System or service user context used for initial lookup before switching to the verified sender's UserInfo.

    toAddress: string

    Recipient mailbox address (e.g. cos@company.com).

    users?: UserInfo[]

    Optional pre-loaded MJ users (for unit testing or UserCache injection).

    workstreamKey?: string

    Optional workstream key override (defaults to 'inbound-utility-mailbox').
