OptionalAllowLegacy autotagger compatibility: when true, if multiple vector indexes exist and no default
is configured on the source, content type, or active default MJ: AI Configurations row,
fall back to AIEngine.Instance.VectorIndexes[0]. The Content Pipeline leaves this false so
multi-index environments fail closed rather than writing into whichever index loaded first.
