    True when this config was skipped because the current user lacks read permission on its entity. The data array will be empty [].

    readDenied?: boolean

    True when a load of this config failed and the permission classifier said the user cannot read the entity, or when the config was skipped because an entity the engine caches is not installed in metadata, so the config was loaded empty. Cache events never fill it; Config(true) re-evaluates it.
