    Interface FormToolbarActionLifecycleContext

Runtime context passed into every BaseFormToolbarAction lifecycle hook. Gives the action read access to the record, entity, provider, and toolbar visibility/pin state, plus callbacks to update its own badge, loading state, disabled state, active state, or host drawer.
