When true, the model predicts probability of a positive outcome (e.g. P(Renewed)). Churn / adverse risk is therefore inverted: riskScore = 1.0 - score. High score (0.99) -> Low Risk (1%, green). Low score (0.10) -> High Risk (90%, red).
