Error detail when Success is false.

The fetched rows (empty when Success is false).

Whether the read succeeded.

Rows matching the read's filter as counted by the database, whatever cap applied. Equals Rows.length for an uncapped read and is larger when MaxRows cut the read short. Required so an implementation that forgets the count cannot switch the read-cap refusal off (it compares this against the cap; fail closed). 0 on a failed read.
