SQL predicate matching conversations that inherit access from their folder. Inheritance is opt-in: turning
it on writes "inheritFolderAccess":true into Conversation.AdditionalData.
LIKE, not JSON_VALUE: this filter runs on PostgreSQL too, which translates no SQL Server JSON
functions in a runtime filter. A LIKE also matches the key nested inside another object, which the parser
does not count; MJConversationEntityServer refuses to save a value the two read differently, so they agree on
every row the entity layer writes.
