A snapshot of an origin's client-side storage — localStorage + IndexedDB —
captured once (e.g. post-login, after the app has warmed its metadata cache)
and restored into a fresh context so it doesn't cold-boot that cache from the
server on every test (the largest self-inflicted load multiplier).
App-agnostic and exactly analogous to Playwright's storageState, extended to
IndexedDB (where SPA metadata caches live). The adapter knows only HOW to
capture/restore generic storage; WHAT to seed is the opaque snapshot the
caller supplies. Restore is best-effort and cold-boot-safe: a restore failure
must leave the context to refetch, never corrupt a half-populated cache.
