Parameters
- options: MJRoomSpeechSynthesizerOptions
  The voice and model selection.
- Optionalrunner: TextToSpeechRunnerLike
  The runner (tests); defaults to a new AITextToSpeechRunner.
Returns MJRoomSpeechSynthesizer
Throws
when no voice is given.

Synthesize(text: string, contextUser: UserInfo): Promise<DecodedAudio | null>
Speaks text through the configured TTS model and decodes the result to PCM.
