mj-livekit-audio-meter: a participant's audio level as animated bars.

Deprecated

Use mj-audio-meter (MediaAudioMeterComponent) from @memberjunction/ng-realtime-media with a level reader and LIVEKIT_METER_SETTINGS, which this renders: the bars move as they always did.
