Everything the page should hear about, as typed events.
Emits each phase the widget enters.
Whether a channel that RENDERS something (a form, a board) is open in the live call. The overlay only
shows a channel's surface in console chrome or in a container wide enough for one, so a widget on a
phone would otherwise open a form nobody can see; the component uses this to move an auto chrome to
console for as long as such a channel is open.
The visitor accepted the consent gate. Only meaningful in the consent phase.
Replaces the configuration (the component calls this as attributes and properties change).
The visitor declined the consent gate: nothing starts, and the widget returns to idle.
The element was removed from the page. Closes a live call; never throws.
Ends the call. Safe when no call is live.
The descriptors of the channels in the live session (for a host UI that lists what the agent can do).
The visitor pressed End in the overlay (the runtime has already ended the call).
pagehide. Returns whether a close was sent.
Opens (and seeds) a channel in the live session, the way the agent's open action would.
Announces the widget as ready (once) and starts it when auto-start asked to. The component calls this
after its first render; a page that attached its listeners in the same tick as the element still hears it,
because the event is dispatched on a microtask.
Registers a channel class the page brings. It is declared to every session this widget starts.
Asks the agent to speak, right now, to the given instructions. Returns whether the request was delivered.
Tells the agent something in the background (no spoken reply). No-op when no call is live.
Starts the call: shows the consent gate first when the page asked for one, otherwise goes straight to authenticating and connecting. Ignored while a call is starting or live.
The words for the last failure; empty outside the
errorphase.
