Cancels a pending trailing settle without forgetting the dedupe frame (used when a channel is re-initialized).
An AGENT change succeeded: push exactly one confirmation frame immediately (cancelling any pending settle — the confirmation IS the settled state) and tell the model not to narrate it. No frame, no note, when nothing could be captured; no note when the sink refused the frame, since the model would be told to look at a change it was not shown.
Cancels the trailing timer and forgets the dedupe frame. Call at teardown.
A user-originated (or scene-replacing) change happened: push a frame, respecting the cadence. Resolves once the decision has been carried out; never rejects.
The model can see this channel again after a time it could not: the channel's video source is being sent to the model again, after another source held its only stream or after the source was off. The model's picture of the channel is stale, so the dedupe frame is forgotten and the current picture is pushed even if it has not changed, respecting the cadence. Resolves once the decision has been carried out; never rejects.
