Class SQLServerProviderConfigData

Storage the provider should use from the start, before it loads metadata — typically a shared (Redis) store on a server fleet. When set, the provider installs it first, so the metadata load and every engine loaded at startup read and write the shared cache instead of a process-local one that is swapped out later. Optional; database providers otherwise default to an in-memory store.
