WithoutHostOnlyAgentRunDataKeys(

): AgentRunDataWithoutReservedKeys
Removes the host-only keys (IsHostOnlyAgentRunDataKey) from run data a MODEL authored — a sub-agent request's templateParameters. Only top-level keys are read by the agent framework, so only top-level keys are removed. Pure: it never mutates data and does not log (callers log the stripped keys, never their values).
Parameters
- data: Record<string, unknown>
  The model-authored data to clean.
Returns AgentRunDataWithoutReservedKeys
The data to use (a copy when any key was removed, otherwise the input itself) and the removed keys, in the order data holds them.
