The lines of a run's cost: the default line, and the avatar video line when one was priced.
Parameters
- defaultLine: { Cost: number; CostRowID: string; Measure: string; Usage: NormalizedUsage }
  The cost row's id, its measure, the quantities it priced and their cost.
- video: PricedAvatarVideo
  The priced avatar video line, if any.
