models/<id> on the Developer API; projects/<p>/locations/<l>/publishers/<publisher>/models/<id> on Gemini
Enterprise, or publishers/<publisher>/models/<id> with UsesApiKey. A server-side session hands it to the SDK where
the SDK would not write it the same way itself: a Google Cloud API key on the regional route, which the SDK has no
mode for (it adds the project prefix only without a key).
