): SystemOneHTTPError
Creates an error that carries the HTTP status, so BaseDecision.Decide() classifies it through ErrorAnalyzer: a 429 or 5xx then allows failover to another decision model.
Parameters
- message: string
  The error message.
- status: number
  The HTTP status.
- OptionalerrorType: AIErrorType
  A classification the driver pins for this status. When given, the error carries it as a Retriable error that allows failover, which ErrorAnalyzer keeps as it is; when omitted, ErrorAnalyzer reads the message and the status.
