Logs a warning that must stay visible in production.
LogStatus output is dropped when production status is set (see GetProductionStatus),
which hides exactly the degradations an operator needs to see: a cache payload that could not
be applied, a config loaded empty because of a permission answer, a stale cache slot. This
writes through the error channel with a [WARNING] prefix, so it is always emitted.
Use it for conditions that are handled but worth knowing about, not for routine events that
fire on every request.
