The section key a registration's panel draws under, which the rail, the counts and the chrome
group file it by.
A row's panel draws under its contribution key (ResolveContributionKey), or
contribution:<row id> when it has none. A compiled panel's template names its own section; by
convention that is its contributionKey, or for a grid claim with no key, the related entity's
name after its schema prefix, in camelCase. Empty for a compiled panel with neither.
