specific. 'Primary' asks for a first-class rail item in the lead band before Details, 'More'

inclusion map. Filing such a contribution into Details here would pin it there, and a pin
outranks the inclusion, so an Overview declared Primary at before-fields would vanish into
the tab it was meant to lead.
