The layout with the panel removed from where it is and inserted at position.
Parameters
- layout: ResolvedLayoutConfig | null
- panelId: string
- position: PanelPosition
Returns ResolvedLayoutConfig
Throws
LayoutEditError when the position is not valid (as for InsertPanel), when the panel or relativeTo is not in the layout, or when relativeTo is the panel itself.
