Whether a result passes the "similar-meaning cutoff" (the relevance slider), 0–1.
The cutoff applies to SEMANTIC similarity only, matching the server, which applies MinScore
to the vector lane before fusion. A result found by any text lane (keyword, full-text, storage,
tag) always passes: a hit there already means the text matched. The fused Score is never
compared: it is rank-based (RRF ÷ max), so a hit found by one of N lanes tops out at 1/N and
filtering on it would hide most results when three or more lanes return hits.
