- 'hard' (or isSoftLink=false): returns the target record's primary key value (for single-column PKs, GetValueByIndex(0)).
- 'soft' (or isSoftLink=true): returns the canonical prefixed polymorphic encoding produced by CompositeKey.ToRecordID().
