Apply MinScore to one lane's results, before fusion.
Only the semantic (vector) lane gets a numeric floor: its score is a similarity, so "below X"
means "not similar enough". Keyword, full-text, tag and storage hits have no floor — a hit
there already means the text matched, and their scores (a match-breadth heuristic, a rank) say
nothing a threshold could use. Fused RRF scores are rank-based and never compared to MinScore.
