baseUrl:graphqlPort + graphqlRootPath. Unchanged and untrimmed on purpose: it is the magic-link JWT
issuer and the publicUrl handed to OAuth and server extensions, and changing it would invalidate issued
tokens. Build URLs with ApiRoute(subpath, { absolute: true }), not from this.
