Returns hostname:, the prefix of every HostInstanceID stamped on this host by any MJAPI.

Not an ownership test: several MJAPIs can run on one host. Match this instance's rows with HostInstanceIdentity.GetInstancePrefix and HostInstanceIdentity.IsPriorBoot on GetCurrentHostInstance.
