A percentile bootstrap interval for a statistic of the cases: resamples draws of n cases with
replacement, from a generator seeded with seed, and the 2.5th and 97.5th percentiles of the
statistic. Draws where the statistic is undefined are skipped. Null when none is defined.
The draws pick cases by position, so the interval depends on the input's order as well as the
seed: pass the cases in a stable order (ComputeCellMetrics sorts them by case ID).
