ClassRecall(
    points: readonly LabelledProbability[],
    threshold: number,
    positive: boolean,
): number | null
The recall of one class: among its cases, the share the threshold assigns to it. Null when the class has no cases.
Parameters
- points: readonly LabelledProbability[]
  The cases.
- threshold: number
  At or above it predicts the positive class.
- positive: boolean
  Which class: true for continue, false for switch.
