Precision and recall of each class at each threshold. continue is predicted at or above the threshold, switch below it.
Parameters
- points: readonly LabelledProbability[]
  The cases.
- thresholds: readonly number[] = DECISION_EVAL_OPERATING_THRESHOLDS
  The thresholds.
