Why it failed, verbatim from the layer that knew. Null on success and on Superseded.

The uploaded MJ: Files id; null when the upload itself failed. With PreserveExistingRecording it is also set alongside an ErrorMessage when the file was uploaded but the session could not be re-read or stamped: that file is an orphan, neither linked nor stamped.

True only when PreserveExistingRecording was set and the re-check right before the stamp found the session already had a recording: the file was uploaded but deliberately not linked or stamped, so it is an orphan. False on every other path.
