Interface TwilioUpdateCallParams

The REST update payload ITwilioRestLike calls(sid).update accepts (the subset we use).

New call status — 'completed' ends the call.

Twiml?: string

Replacement TwiML — used for transfer (<Dial>…) and the goodbye-and-hang-up (<Say>…<Hangup/>).
