    Interface ResolvePromptRunUserIDInput

    Inputs for resolving which user an AIPromptRun is attributed to.

    Only the USER is attributed on the prompt run. Which agent run a prompt run belongs to is owned by the agent layer — AIAgentRunStep.TargetLogID — and resolved at query time (see vwAIUsageFacts), so the prompt-execution layer carries no reference up into the agent layer.
