Interface ResolvedRealtimeChannel

Resolved per-channel config: the host's defaults beneath agent/app config. Absent when there is none.

Resolved display: config override, else the host's, else the channel's code default.

The exposure the SERVER allows: the ceiling lowered by the agent's per-channel maxExposure and by any zero-data-retention requirement the session model does not meet. The browser takes its own minimum of this and the user's choice and can never raise it. Absent on a policy from a server that predates exposure policy, which readers treat as MaxExposure.

Why Exposure is below MaxExposure, each limit with a reason the agent can be told. Absent when nothing lowered it.
