    Include the panels this user has hidden. Only the drawer wants these, to list them under "Hidden by you" so a hide can be undone; everything that draws the form leaves it false.

    Preview?: FormPlacementPreview | null

    The placement dialog's unsaved panel, added to the list. Passed only by a form the dialog renders as its preview.
